The working principle of the single-side curved rail side-dumping mine car: It is towed and moves by a rail traction locomotive or a hoist, and can only unload to the set side on the curved rail unloading platform constructed at the unloading site. One side of the car body is connected to the frame with a pin shaft, and the other side of the car door is equipped with an unloading roller wheel. During unloading, when the roller wheel moves upward along the curved rail slope transition device on the uphill section of the unloading curved rail, the car body tilts, and the movable side door rotates around the pin shaft and is opened to start unloading. When the roller wheel runs downhill along the inclined unloading curved rail, the car body automatically descends and resets by its own weight to close the side door. It should be noted that when the single-side curved rail side-dumping mine car is lifted from the bottom of the shaft to the unloading platform, the hoist should slow down when ascending the sloped unloading platform to ensure smooth unloading.
