The depth indication of the lifting container is realized through various position indication systems.

Product Introduction

The electric motor transmits power to the drum around which the steel wire rope is wound through the reducer, realizing the lifting and lowering of the container. Speed regulation is achieved through electrical control. The disc brake is controlled by hydraulic and electrical systems for braking. The depth indication of the lifting container is realized through various position indication systems. The monitoring and protection of the whole machine are achieved through the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic combined control system composed of various sensors and control elements. Information transmission inside and outside the hoist is realized through computer and network technology.

Product Use and Scope of Application

The JK and 2JK series of single-rope winding mine hoists are mainly used for hoisting coal, materials, lifting and lowering personnel, and lowering materials and equipment in vertical or inclined shafts of coal mines, metal mines and non-metal mines. They can also be used for other traction and transportation purposes.

Product Execution Standards

The JK and 2JK series of products are designed and manufactured in accordance with the industry standard AQ1035 - 2007 Safety Inspection Specification for Single-rope Winding Mine Hoists Used in Coal Mines, the national standard GB/T20961 - 2018 Single-rope Winding Mine Hoists, Q/YX006 - 2020 Single-rope Winding Mine Hoists, the Coal Mine Safety Regulations and GB16423 - 2020 Safety Regulations for Metal and Non-metal Mines.

Product Model Examples

Example 1: The product model of a single-drum single-rope winding mine hoist with a drum diameter of 3m, a width of 2.2m and non-flameproof resistance speed regulation is: JK - 3*2.2.

Example 2: The product model of a double-drum single-rope winding mine hoist with a drum diameter of 2m, a width of 1m and flameproof frequency conversion speed regulation is: 2JKB - 2*1P.
